The author of “Arcane Cage: Being a Historical Narrative of Fantastic Events during the Decline and Fall of the Provenance” (Historia|Research Press, 2018) reads Chapter Seven to his mother during the COVID-19 pandemic.
His mother has asked that we, the publisher, produce an audiobook for some time now. As the future of the world remains uncertain, we calculate that the harm to us could be minimal if we simply acquiesce to the author’s video recording of a book reading to his self-quarantined mother during April and May 2020.
